Senior Mechanical Engineer - Data Center (Remote)

Olsson is an engineering and design company focused on improving the world through innovative solutions. They are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to work with major technology companies on projects in the Data Center industry, involving design calculations, technical report writing, and document preparation while collaborating with various teams and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with some of the world’s largest technology companies and other mission-critical clients
• Serve as a mechanical engineer on projects, design calculations, write technical reports, and prepare documents
• Coordinate with other Olsson teams, professional staff, technical staff, and clients

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to contribute and work well on a team
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
• 8-20 years of mechanical engineering experience
• Licensed PE
• Ability to be a self-starter to take on a variety of tasks to best serve the client and their project work
• Investigation and troubleshooting of problems to find solutions
• Revit experience
• Central utility experience
• Data Center experience
