Senior Product Designer

Bobyard is revolutionizing the construction industry by automating takeoff processes with AI technology. The Senior Product Designer will work closely with the product team to shape the user experience, create and validate new products, and communicate the product vision effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Live in customer workflows: Sit with estimators and PMs. Know their job, their clicks, their frustrations better than they do
• Shape product vision: Turn user pain into product truth. Decide what we build and why it matters
• Create, iterate, and validate new products: Own 0 → 1. Prototype fast, test with users, kill what doesn’t work
• Execute with engineering: No handoffs. You’re in Figma and in the weeds with front-end. You ship
• Communicate vision with marketing & sales: Make the product story crisp. Give GTM a weapon they can sell
• Revamp current platform: Raise the bar. We need craft, speed, and taste — not another clunky enterprise tool
