Job Summary
We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to provide exceptional support to employees and managers across various stages of the employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for an HR professional with experience in benefits administration, onboarding, I-9 processing, offboarding, and HRIS systems who enjoys delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Respond to employee and manager HR inquiries through the employee portal and other service channels.
Support employees throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits administration, and offboarding activities.
Process and maintain I-9 employment eligibility verification documentation.
Ensure employee requests are resolved accurately, professionally, and within established service levels.
Maintain and continuously improve HR knowledge base content, policies, and process documentation.
Identify, resolve, and escalate HR process, policy, and compliance issues as appropriate.
Partner closely with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence, including Benefits, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards teams.
Support HR transactions and employee data management within HRIS systems.
Provide recommendations for process improvements and enhanced employee self-service capabilities.
Assist with compliance-related activities and HR operational initiatives.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Service Center, HR Coordinator, or similar HR support roles.
Experience supporting:
Hands-on experience using HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, UKG, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to learn quickly and connect information across multiple HR functions.
Strong customer service orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a high-volume HR Shared Services or Employee Service Center environment.
Experience supporting employee inquiries through case management or ticketing systems.
Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes.
