Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer to design, develop, customize, and support D365 CE applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Dynamics 365 customization, integration, and development using Microsoft technologies.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development
- Strong experience in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules
- Expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse and Common Data Service (CDS)
- Experience developing Plugins, Custom Workflows, Actions, and Business Rules
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Web Services, and Dynamics 365 integrations
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party applications
- Knowledge of Azure services, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions
- Experience with SQL Server and data migration activities
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps
- Experience working in enterprise-level CRM implementations
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
- Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and workflows
- Develop plugins, custom APIs, and integrations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Perform code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
- Participate in system enhancements and upgrades
