7+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Financial Service Operations (FSO).
Extensive experience working with the Customer Service Management (CSM) module.
Hands-on development experience using UI Builder and creating custom workspaces.
Strong experience with Playbooks and Flow Designer.
Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
Strong JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting expertise.
Experience with Service Portal / UI Frameworks and modern UI components.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in an Agile development environment.
Required Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Experience with IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party integrations.
Experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework) and DevOps practices within ServiceNow.
