They are seeking a Revenue Cloud Solution Architect to drive business transformation by designing and implementing tailored solutions that optimize sales and finance alignment, streamline operational processes, and deliver impactful results.
Responsibilities:
- Architect Comprehensive Solutions: Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions tailored for Revenue Cloud, focusing on areas such as Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and Invoicing
- Develop Blueprints: Create detailed architectural blueprints that incorporate integrations, customizations, and system configurations to ensure seamless functionality
- Evaluate Processes: Analyze existing product configuration, pricing, quoting, and ordering workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Implement Enhancements: Develop solutions that align with business goals, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and optimized performance across Quote-to-Cash processes
- Engage Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, Sales Operations, IT, Legal, Accounting, and Finance, to define requirements and create roadmaps
- Ensure Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between technical and business teams, fostering effective communication and shared understanding of project objectives
- Guide Projects: Lead the implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
- Oversee Technical Execution: Provide strategic direction and manage all phases of the implementation process, including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Leverage Tools: Utilize Salesforce-native tools and features, such as Product Catalog Management, Transaction Management, Dynamic Revenue Orchestration, and Invoice Management
- Manage Integrations: Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems (e.g., Netsuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign) and ensure data integrity during migrations
- Stay Current: Keep up with Salesforce updates and industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Recommend Solutions: Evaluate and introduce new features, tools, and processes to enhance Salesforce-based workflows and operational efficiency
