About this role
Trantor is seeking a highly skilled AI Agent Engineer to build and deploy intelligent AI-powered workflows and agentic systems that automate business processes and integrate with enterprise applications. The role requires strong Python engineering experience and hands-on expertise in building AI agents and deploying production-grade AI applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows
- Develop AI-powered automation solutions using modern orchestration platforms
- Build multi-step workflows involving tool calling, memory, reasoning, and state management
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, CRMs, and business applications
- Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
- Develop production-ready Python applications and AI services
- Deploy and support AI applications in cloud environments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to automate manual business processes through AI-driven solutions
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize production AI systems
