Guidehouse is a company focused on data science and analysis, and they are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the execution of Data Linkage Services. The role involves managing daily project activities, coordinating teams, and tracking project schedules and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily project execution for data linkage activities
- Coordinate statistical and technical teams performing linkage activities
- Track project schedules, risks, and deliverables
- Support documentation of linkage methodologies and quality metrics
- Participate in Government meetings and support preparation of status reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of Five (5) years of technical experience
- Minimum of Two (2) years of experience on dataset projects
- Experience evaluating linkage accuracy using statistical metrics
- Knowledge of probabilistic and deterministic record linkage methodologies, including PII and PPRL
- Current professional certification commensurate with the role (e.g., PMP, CISSP, CISM, SANS GSNA)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust. Candidates must receive approved adjudication of their Public Trust prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an active Public Trust or existing suitability are preferred
- Experience working with CMS or other large federal datasets
- Experience supporting reproducible research workflows
