Job Description: We are looking for a team that has the following knowledge: Design the OfficeTrack golden configuration with measurable acceptance criteria Build the phased rollout plan with change management (pilot, expand, scale) Design role-based permissions and system guardrails so manual workarounds become exceptions, not the norm Identify UI pain points, AI opportunities, and automation opportunities across dispatch and field Design integration improvements between OfficeTrack and adjacent systems (Amdocs, UKG, etc) Define and execute the test plan against the production-like environment Surface a continuous improvement backlog as the engagement progresses
