Security Engineer - Email Security

They are seeking a team-oriented technology professional to provide engineering support for their Email Security infrastructure across a large enterprise, working collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure secure email solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering support for Email Security infrastructure across a large enterprise
• Work with developers, application owners, end-users and security as needed to provide support towards Secure Email solutions for the enterprise
• Provide troubleshooting and problem resolution of mail flow related issues in a complex environment
• Off hours work is required for deployments and on-call rotation in support of major incidents impacting email delivery

Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience with troubleshooting & problem resolution of email related issues
• 2+ years' Experience working with email security tools like SaaS or similar
• 2+ years' development tools, scripting, automation development
• Customer service skills and excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation, and written)
• Adapt to quickly changing priorities with a sense of urgency
• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
