Cornell Finance Club is seeking a Paid Social & Display Marketing Coordinator to support and execute paid advertising campaigns across social and display channels. This hands-on role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career, responsible for launching ads, managing campaigns, and optimizing performance across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Upload, manage, and monitor paid campaigns across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Display Network
- Assist with remarketing and audience targeting campaigns
- Coordinate creative uploads, ad copy updates, and campaign changes
- Monitor campaign performance and flag opportunities for optimization
- Help maintain reporting dashboards and track key performance metrics
- Work with the marketing and creative teams to launch new campaigns quickly
- Use AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, generate ideas, and support campaign execution
Requirements:
- Around 2 years of experience in paid social, digital marketing, or advertising
- Familiarity with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, or similar tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple campaigns
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to execute quickly
- Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in a startup or fast-moving environment
- Familiarity with GA4 or marketing analytics tools
- Interest in startups, branding, AI, or internet businesses
