Director of Biotech Growth and Partnerships

iProcess Global Research Inc is a company focused on accelerating research and R&D for biotech and life science organizations through its AI-native platform, AxisOne. They are seeking a Director of Growth to define and execute the growth strategy, manage partnerships, and drive adoption and revenue for the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the end-to-end growth strategy for AxisOne — demand generation, pipeline, conversion, and adoption
• Build and manage the sales and partnership pipeline across biotech, pharma, CROs, diagnostics labs, and scientific organizations
• Source, negotiate, and develop strategic partnerships and channel relationships
• Own the GTM stack — CRM, lead scoring, attribution, and the full growth funnel — and the metrics that come with it
• Lead outbound, LinkedIn, webinar, demo, and conference programs as integrated campaigns, not one-off tactics
• Translate a technical, scientific product into clear positioning and messaging for both scientific and commercial buyers
• Direct and coordinate international teams supporting content, outreach, and execution
• Build the feedback loop between customers and product — shaping onboarding, messaging, and roadmap priorities
• Establish the growth function so it can scale, including hiring and building the team over time
• Strong knowledge of using AI agents where needed to automate tasks and scale
