Gartner is a leading company that guides the leaders who shape the world through expert analysis and bold ideas. As a Manager of Data Analytics, you will support and execute strategic initiatives to improve service delivery outcomes, focusing on complex analysis and project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Support strategic CSM Service Model project to transform GS&D Service Model for the future
- Own defined project workstreams or components of larger programs, from planning through execution
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate pilot performance, identify trends, and surface insights
- Conduct territory analytics to size the impact on workforce and business transitions
- Build presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations
- Partner with service delivery teams to gather requirements, understand workflows, and capture associate feedback
- Document current‑state processes and help identify opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness
- Support pilot execution by tracking progress, risks, and outcomes against defined success metrics
- Coordinate with CSO Leaders, TP&A, CSO Ops, Service Analytics, CSO L&D and other partners to support program rollout activities
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track
- Contribute to ad‑hoc GS&D initiatives and continuous improvement efforts as business needs evolve
