Recruitment Partner (Quant & Software Engineering) - Remote / Global

EVOlVE.inc is a recruitment company specializing in placing Quant Developers and Software Engineers into leading US hedge funds and high-growth tech companies. The role involves sourcing, qualifying, and managing candidates through the recruitment process for live mandates.

Responsibilities:

• Source and engage high-quality Quant Dev & Software Engineering candidates
• Qualify candidates properly and submit to live mandates
• Manage the process from first conversation through to submission
• Build and maintain a consistent candidate pipeline

Requirements:

• Experience in sourcing, qualifying, and building relationships with high-calibre engineers
• Ability to source and engage high-quality Quant Dev & Software Engineering candidates
• Experience managing the recruitment process from first conversation through to submission
• Capability to build and maintain a consistent candidate pipeline
• Experience as an ex-agency biller or founder
• Experience in placing candidates in quant or software roles
• Ability to work alongside another role or business
• Flexibility and autonomy in work
• Enjoyment in working with high-calibre technical talent
