Areti Group is a fast-growing, Series-A-backed SaaS business operating in the HR and workforce technology space. They are seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients, drive adoption and engagement, and act as a trusted advisor to HR leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Drive adoption, engagement and long-term value
- Lead strategic account planning and reviews
- Identify commercial risks and growth opportunities
- Partner with Product and Engineering to influence platform development
- Support onboarding, implementation and transformation initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR, Benefits and Reward leaders
Requirements:
- Enterprise SaaS experience
- Commercial awareness including renewals, retention and growth
- Experience managing complex enterprise organisations
- Strategic account ownership
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience owning and developing senior stakeholder relationships
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
- Product curiosity and interest in technology and AI
- Benefits, HR, Reward, or Wellbeing Technology experience
- Global experience, experience working with multinational organisations
- Onboarding, implementation or transformation experience
