Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Oracle Business Operations Leader to spearhead the optimization and management of operations centered around Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM systems in a public sector environment. This role is pivotal in establishing a unified operational framework post-go live, ensuring seamless integration across Finance, HR, IT, and Procurement teams. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and translate strategic objectives into executable plans, fostering a proactive, resilient operational model that supports critical public sector functions such as payroll, budgeting, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in business operations leadership, with at least 5 years focused on Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM systems in a complex, cross-functional environment (public sector experience is a plus).
• Deep operational experience of Oracle ERP, HCM and EPM implementations and support.
• Familiar with ITSM/ticketing tools, process documentation standards, and audit requirements that will help establishing a structured IT Service
• Management (ITSM) process to evaluate, categorize, prioritize, and assign incoming support requests based on urgency and impact.
• Proven expertise in process optimization, risk management, and implementing operational frameworks for enterprise systems.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in cross-functional team orchestration, stakeholder partnership, and KPI-driven performance management.
• Excellent communicator; able to convert strategy into executable, time-boxed plans.
• Familiarity with public sector compliance, auditing, and reporting requirements.
