Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced MuleSoft Technical Lead to design, develop, and lead integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in API-led connectivity, system integrations, and leading development teams in enterprise integration projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of MuleSoft integration solutions and APIs.
- Architect scalable and secure integration frameworks using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, data transformations, and integrations with various enterprise applications.
- Guide and mentor MuleSoft developers and conduct code reviews.
- Handle deployment, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Mule applications.
- Ensure best practices for API governance, security, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Support production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years in MuleSoft development.
- Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Experience in API-led architecture and microservices.
- Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, RAML, JSON, XML, and DataWeave.
- Experience integrating cloud and on-premise systems.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.
- Knowledge of API security standards like OAuth, JWT, SAML.
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or other enterprise systems is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- MuleSoft Certification preferred (MCD/MCIA).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading onsite/offshore teams.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience working in Agile methodologies.
Education
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Nice to Have
- DevOps exposure
- Kafka/Event-driven architecture experience
- Performance tuning and monitoring experience
