Requirements

10 or more years of experience in PeopleSoft FSCM or HCM 9.2 technical environments.
Proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer, and SQR programming.
Experience with Oracle 11 or higher, SQL, and Application Engine development.
Experience in ITIL framework methodologies and service desk application administration.
Experience with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and compliance remediation.
Experience in SOC-1 attestation audits and IT control environment testing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee technical design reviews and functional walkthroughs for enterprise ERP systems.
Administer and configure ITIL-compliant service desk software and knowledge repositories.
Perform advanced root cause analysis and Level 2 troubleshooting for complex system defects.
Review developed code for adherence to strict programming standards and requirements.
Coordinate web accessibility testing and manage waiver tracking for digital compliance.
Maintain secure system connectivity for interface transfers and batch job scheduling.
Support disaster recovery exercises and enterprise software upgrade testing cycles.
