About this role
Aegis Sortation is a leader in the intralogistics technology and innovation space. The role involves building and shipping AI-powered applications end-to-end, deploying solutions in Azure, and taking ownership of the applications after they are shipped.
Responsibilities:
- Build and ship AI-powered applications end-to-end
- Develop across the full stack:
- Design and implement LLM-driven features, including:
- Deploy and operate your own applications in Azure
- Own your work after it ships — debugging, improving, and scaling
- Create tools that are actually usable (not just demos)
Requirements:
- Experience shipping real LLM applications to users (not just demos or side projects)
- Strong full-stack engineering skills (you're comfortable frontend + backend)
- Experience building APIs and modern web apps
- Confidence working in cloud environments (ideally Azure)
- Ability to take ambiguous problems and turn them into working solutions
- Solid engineering fundamentals (testing, Git, CI/CD)
