Senior SAP Business Intelligence & Analytics Lead

CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking a Senior SAP Business Intelligence & Analytics Lead to support enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in SAP BusinessObjects, Tableau, and data warehousing who enjoys building reporting solutions and working closely with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support SAP BusinessObjects reporting solutions
• Build and maintain Web Intelligence (WebI) reports, dashboards, and Universes
• Develop Tableau dashboards and analytics solutions
• Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions
• Improve reporting performance, data quality, and user experience
• Support data warehouse and ETL initiatives
• Create documentation and reporting standards
• Partner with business and technical teams to deliver analytics solutions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of SAP BusinessObjects experience
• 5+ years of experience developing enterprise reports and dashboards
• 5+ years of Web Intelligence (WebI) experience
• 5+ years of Tableau development and administration experience
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills
• Experience with data warehousing and dimensional modeling
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience with SSIS and ETL development
• Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics
• Experience in large enterprise or public sector environments
• Knowledge of financial, HR, payroll, procurement, or operational reporting
