NoGigiddy is a digital platform built for gig workers and side hustlers, connecting them with earning opportunities. The Social Media Ads Manager will own paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest, driving high-quality traffic efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, build, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest
- Write ad copy and brief the creative team on winning ad concepts
- Set up pixel tracking, conversion events, and attribution correctly
- Optimize campaigns daily for CPA, CTR, and ROAS
- Conduct audience testing — lookalikes, interest targeting, retargeting
- Run creative A/B tests to find winning angles
- Report weekly on spend efficiency and recommendations for scaling or cutting
