AWS DevOps Engineer

Prosum is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Automation Engineer to help design, automate, and scale modern cloud environments. The role involves building cloud-native infrastructure, implementing Infrastructure as Code, and creating automated deployment pipelines to support advanced data platforms and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure supporting enterprise applications, analytics platforms, and data processing environments
• Provision and manage infrastructure for data pipelines, data platforms, and distributed workloads
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform
• Create and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, deployment processes, and operational workflows
• Partner with software engineers, data engineers, and platform teams to improve system reliability, deployment velocity, and operational efficiency
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions across cloud environments
• Support cloud security initiatives, access management, governance, and compliance requirements
• Evaluate and integrate modern AI-assisted engineering tools into development and operational workflows
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, scalability, resilience, and cost optimization
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues across multiple environments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management
• Proven expertise building and managing CI/CD pipelines using: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
• Experience provisioning and supporting infrastructure that enables data pipelines, data ingestion, transformation, and analytics workloads
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture principles and infrastructure automation
• Experience with containerized applications and cloud-native deployment patterns
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and operational best practices
• Strong understanding of networking, security, identity management, and cloud governance
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience supporting AI/ML platforms, inference services, or model deployment environments
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered developer productivity tools, including platforms such as Kiro CLI, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted coding solutions
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and AI infrastructure operations
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration technologies
• Knowledge of data engineering ecosystems and modern data platform architectures
• Experience working in highly automated, cloud-first engineering organizations
• Cloud certifications in architecture, DevOps, security, or platform engineering disciplines
