Mindlance is one of the largest and fastest growing US staffing and workforce solutions firms, seeking a National Enterprise Business Development Manager to lead new business development and logo acquisition across North America. This strategic hunter role involves cultivating new business relationships and leveraging Mindlance's talent solutions to meet client needs while requiring significant travel for client engagements.

- Leveraging the Mindlance brand for Contingent Workforce Staffing and Training/Upskilling Solutions opportunities
- Attending national events to represent the company
Requirements:
- Drive to succeed and have a passion for sales, politely persuasive attitude, fact-based selling experience
- Ability to build long term client relationships and channel partnerships
- Willingness to create a high-volume and quality of client interactions/connects via cold calling, targeted outbound campaigns / emails, zoom / video meetings, in person meetings, events, etc
- Ability to design and articulate a compelling and deliverable proposition for the customer and win/close business
- Ability to partner effectively with strategic channel partners such as MSP and VMS providers
- Ability to partner with internal teams such as product/solution development, pre-sales support / sales effectiveness, and others
- Aptitude to pick up the basic concepts in technology and various industry domains; willingness to continually learn
- Experience within the External Workforce / Contingent Labor industry
