Responsible for the integrity and accuracy of the custodial reconciliation automation process.
Formulate and propose automation enhancements required to adapt quickly to changing business processes and requirements.
Manage the Paper and Cash Variance consolidated workbooks for all custodial reconciliations, ensuring appropriate update and accuracy of the data, and maintaining file integrity to fulfill audit trail requirements of cash management.
Conduct quality control reviews of T&I reconciliations completed by FNFI to ensure compliance with reconciliation guidelines and to maintain acceptable quality tolerance levels.
Ensure both procedures and process maps are reviewed, updated, and submitted to Compliance timely.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or related field
2–4 years of experience in Investor Accounting
Mortgage servicing systems experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Analytical and mathematical ability sufficient to identify, research, and resolve discrepancies or breaks efficiently
Ability to communicate effectively both in writing, in person, and by telephone with internal customers as well as external clients and investors.
Experience collaborating with treasury, auditors, and internal controls teams.
