Customer Service Representative-Film and Television

Breakdown Services is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative who enjoys a variety of tasks and responsibilities. The right candidate will assist clients in the film and television industry, providing customer support and contributing to service improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Customer support for Actors, Talent Representatives, Casting Directors and Filmmakers
• Email, phone, and chat support
• Liaison with Casting regarding their projects
• Proofread, write and copy edit
• Outreach, seminars and demos: train new users and participate in educational seminars and events
• Provide technical support and instruction on how to navigate our site and services (one-on-one and to larger groups)
• Work with our other offices to provide a cohesive customer support experience
• Stay up-to-date on new product features, and site improvements

Requirements:

• Dynamic personality with a passion for customer service
• Working knowledge of the film/tv industry
• Ability to assist clients with a variety of tasks and responsibilities
• Experience in customer support for Actors, Talent Representatives, Casting Directors, and Filmmakers
• Proficient in email, phone, and chat support
• Ability to liaise with Casting regarding their projects
• Skills in proofreading, writing, and copy editing
• Experience in outreach, seminars, and demos
• Ability to train new users and participate in educational seminars and events
• Provide technical support and instruction on how to navigate the site and services
• Ability to work with other offices to provide a cohesive customer support experience
• Stay up-to-date on new product features and site improvements
• Based in California
