About this role
Senior DevOps Engineer role focused on:
- CI/CD automation
- DevOps tooling
- Middleware platforms (WebLogic, JBoss)
- Enterprise deployment and automation initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- Design & implement CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, YAML)
- Develop automation frameworks and reusable workflows
- Build scripts (Shell, Bash, Python, PowerShell)
- Manage middleware:
- WebLogic 12c / 14c
- JBoss 7.4 / 8.1
- Automate deployments, patching, provisioning
- Troubleshoot build/deployment issues
- Work with Dev & QA teams for releases
- Ensure security & compliance practices
Required Skills / Experience
- Strong DevOps tools experience
- GitHub Actions + YAML workflows
- Strong scripting (mandatory):
- Shell / Bash / YAML
- Python or PowerShell
- Middleware expertise:
- WebLogic
- JBoss
- CI/CD and release management understanding
- Troubleshooting pipelines & deployments
Preferred Skills
- Azure Cloud (AKS, App Services, Azure DevOps)
- Docker / Kubernetes
- Infrastructure automation (Terraform, ARM templates)
