Job Summary
We are looking for a Tier 3 System Administrator Lead responsible for ensuring the
operational integrity, availability, and performance of enterprise server infrastructure
across on-premises, virtual, and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support enterprise server environments (Windows & Linux)
Ensure system availability, performance, and security compliance
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated Tier 3 infrastructure issues
Automate system tasks using scripting (Shell/PowerShell or similar)
Support cloud and virtualization platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in Windows and Linux system administration
Expertise in shell scripting / automation
Experience supporting hybrid infrastructure (on-prem + cloud)
Proven Tier 3 support or senior infrastructure engineering experience
