Center For Sight is a physician-led network of eye care practices dedicated to providing exceptional patient service. The RCM Customer Service Representative will assist with patient billing inquiries and support the RCM CSR team in meeting productivity goals.
Responsibilities:
- Answer high volume of patient calls
- Answer day-to-day questions and provide support to patients and team members
- Ensure patient understands the statement and assist with taking payment
- Follow up timely on internal and external correspondence
- Identify and provide feedback on areas of opportunities
- Identify and escalate posting trends that affect our patient's receiving an erroneous statement
- Maintain CSR goals set by management
- Other duties as assigned by your manager
Requirements:
- Outstanding communications skills, both written and oral
- Experience in healthcare, at least one year
- Attention to detail, and flexible work style
- Must be team player
- Excellent customer service skills. Both external and internal
- High School Diploma or equivalency is required
