Accord is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the end-to-end buyer experience within their digital automotive marketplace. This role focuses on improving customer interactions through data-driven product experiences and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance search, SEO, and personalization capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the buyer journey across search, browse, and purchase experiences
- Use data, experimentation, and customer insights to drive product decisions
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to deliver product improvements
- Build and execute a product roadmap aligned with RB Global growth objectives
- Leverage AI/ML to enhance search, recommendations, personalization, and merchandising
- Monitor product performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, experimentation platforms)
- Translate insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and backlogs
- Identify and prioritize opportunities that improve engagement and conversion
- Ensure high product quality by staying deeply involved in delivery and releases
- Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders
- Balance scope, priority, technical risk, and business impact across initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Product Management or Product Development experience
- Experience owning customer-facing digital products (marketplace, eCommerce, or SaaS)
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and design
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
