Sr. Full Stack Engineer (Python, AWS & GenAI)

Accenture Federal Services is dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of the US federal government through innovative technology solutions. They are looking for a Sr. Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Python, AWS, and GenAI to lead the architecture and development of cloud-native software solutions, ensuring scalability and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end‑to‑end architecture and development of full‑stack applications on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence
• Design, develop, and optimize back‑end services, APIs, and automation using Python and cloud‑native patterns
• Build intuitive, responsive, and visually polished user interfaces using React and modern front‑end frameworks
• Integrate and operationalize agentic AI workflows, GenAI tooling, and LLM‑based systems into core platform capabilities
• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership across engineering teams, driving alignment and high‑quality implementation
• Contribute to a fast‑paced environment by iterating quickly, experimenting with new technologies, and pushing innovation forward

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Python for back‑end development
• Strong experience with React.js for front‑end development
• Experience building services and application layers with Node.js as part of a modern JavaScript/TypeScript stack
• Experience integrating agentic AI workflows, GenAI solutions, and LLM‑driven systems
• Proven track record architecting and delivering full‑stack applications end‑to‑end
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and guide teams through rapid iteration
• Excellent communication and cross‑team collaboration skills
