MD Integrations partners with digital health brands to provide telehealth solutions in various specialties. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead prospecting and lead qualification efforts, ensuring a smooth transition of qualified leads to Account Executives.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed a monthly Outbound Opportunity quota by sourcing new prospects that align with our identified Buyer Personas and Ideal Customer Profile
- Meet and exceed a monthly Held Discovery Meeting quota by diligently pre-qualifying prospects and meeting all Service Level Agreements for handoff to Account Executives
- Generate outbound qualified leads through a multichannel approach of a minimum of 50 calls per day, email, and social media networking
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements for responding to inbound calls, chats, and contact forms
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information on leads and prospects
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges
- Participate in training sessions and industry events as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in a high-velocity sales environment
- Proven track record of generating leads and sourcing qualified outbound pipeline
- Familiarity with Hubspot CRM and Hubspot sequenced outreach strongly preferred
- Experience in the telehealth industry is a plus
