Agent design expertise, the ability to build low - code/no code agents, familiarity with Gemini enterprise.

Strategic Narrative & Storytelling: Ability to distill complex ideas into a compelling narrative, translating technical deep-dives into interpretable insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled at bridging the gap between technical execution and business requirements; identifies stakeholder needs and translates them into prioritized goals, roadmaps, deliverables, etc.

Executive Presence & Influence: Confidently present and communicate to stakeholders to gain buy-in. Able to facilitate decision-making on complex problems with vague solutions to move projects forward.

Stakeholder Rapport & Credibility: Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive alignment. Uses proactive communication to manage expectations, share information, and solicit feedback for continuous improvement.
