Contract Duration: 9 Months
Required Skills & Experience - 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Strong background in developing and operationalizing multi?year strategies for complex organizations, ideally with domain experience in payments or financial services.
- Proven strength in crafting strategic frameworks, executive?ready narratives, and presentation materials.
- Ability to interface directly with senior domain leaders, synthesize disparate inputs into coherent strategy, and translate ambiguity into structured outcomes.
- Proven experience developing multi year strategies for large, complex organizations
- Ability to design and articulate strategy frameworks (vision, North Star, themes, roadmaps, value levers)
- Strong capability to translate ambiguity into structured, fact based strategic narratives
- Understanding of operational, regulatory, and risk considerations in financial services environments

- Exceptional skill in creating executive ready decks, narratives, and decision materials
- Ability to synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders into clear, concise leadership messaging

- Payments domain experience (e.g., ACH, wires, instant payments, investigations, servicing, controls)
- Experience supporting integration planning, roadmap development, and sequencing of initiatives
- Familiarity with execution governance, dependency management, and progress tracking
- Ability to bridge strategy and delivery to ensure intent is preserved through execution
What You Will Be Doing - Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution.
- Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
- Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel.
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
