Salesforce Quality Assurance Consultant
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 12 Months + Extension (Multi-year Program)

Experience:
- Hands-on QA/testing experience on Salesforce platform implementations
- Experience executing Functional, System Integration (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), smoke, and end-to-end testing
- Working experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments, including requirement analysis and risk assessment
- Experience translating business requirements into test cases, test scripts, and test artifacts (plans, cases, reports)
- Familiarity with defect tracking and reporting (e.g., Jira or similar tools)
- Government or public sector project experience a plus
Skillset:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce core features, data model, security model (profiles/roles), workflows, validation rules, and Sales Cloud
- Proficiency in functional, regression, integration, UAT, smoke, and end-to-end testing methodologies
- Ability to build and execute test cases, test scripts, and regression test plans
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in identifying edge cases and defects
- Ability to document test results clearly and communicate findings to the team
- Familiarity with Salesforce configuration and point-and-click testing (declarative features, flows, permissions, roles)
- Solid written and verbal communication skills for cross-team coordination with developers, BAs, and clients
- Strong problem-solving and analytical reasoning skills
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload within a sprint cadence
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into test cases and test scripts
- Execute tests, identify/track defects, and manage test data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, BAs, PMs)
- Manage testing environments (sandboxes)
- Provide status reports and metrics to project stakeholders
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent platform familiarity
- Experience with data-dependent or precondition-heavy testing environments
- Security-conscious testing mindset (relevant for government/DoD environments)
