
We are seeking an innovative AI Catalyst & Product Manager to join our Data Analytics department. This role sits at the intersection of product management, workflow redesign, change leadership, and practical AI implementation. You will be part of a forward-thinking team focused on identifying high-value AI use cases, modernizing enterprise workflows, and helping upskill our workforce for an AI-enabled future.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated experience in product management, digital transformation, process improvement, or business consulting.
Proven experience implementing at least one real-world AI product, AI-enabled workflow, or enterprise AI solution.
Educational background matching one of the following criteria: Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience, Associate's Degree with 6 years of experience, or a High School Diploma/Equivalent with 8 years of relevant experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
AI-native workflow habits, directly utilizing AI platforms to elevate personal productivity, planning, and analysis.
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with a track record of driving alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
Strong learning agility and comfort operating in a hands-on capacity that spans high-level strategy down through day-to-day execution.
