Senior Product Designer

MaintainX is the world's leading AI-powered maintenance and asset management platform, serving over 13,000 customers. They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead design across the full product lifecycle, focusing on creating intuitive experiences for frontline users.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end design for complex product surfaces across web and mobile, from problem framing through high-fidelity delivery
• Design AI-powered experiences for frontline users like maintenance technicians and facility managers, making workflows simpler and smarter without adding complexity
• Think in systems: spot patterns, build for reuse, and contribute to our design system with a focus on consistency, scalability, and high craft
• Present design work with clear rationale, integrate feedback from stakeholders, and champion high quality and accessibility across the product lifecycle
• Use AI tools in your own design process to accelerate your work and push the quality ceiling of your output

Requirements:

• 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with a sharp eye for typography, spacing, color, layout, and motion with strong design system and handoff practices
• Experience designing for AI and data-rich experiences
• You're a systems thinker who naturally spots patterns, builds for reuse, and considers how design decisions scale across a product
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design intent, navigate ambiguous product spaces, and influence cross-functional peers
