Ensemble Health Partners is a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems. They are seeking a Marketing Communications Program Manager who will oversee social media strategy, manage content marketing efforts, and drive engagement through innovative communication initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Bring Ensemble’s social strategy to life through high-quality, execution across priority channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn
- Own day-to-day social content planning and publishing, including maintaining the editorial calendar and delivering the right mix of news, announcements, thought leadership and campaign content
- Drive engagement and audience growth through consistent, compelling content that reflects Ensemble’s voice, credibility and point of view in the healthcare and rev cycle space
- Shape ideas, not just execution, bringing forward concepts informed by data, audience insight and what is resonating now, while being flexible and agile
- Write, edit and refine social copy with strong instincts for tone and clarity, and create quick-turn assets (simple graphics and templates) using tools such as Canva
- Partner with internal leaders and client spokespeople to strengthen executive and SME visibility on LinkedIn, content cadence and amplification plans
- Support community engagement, including comment monitoring, real-time interaction on priority posts and escalation when needed
- Use social monitoring and publishing tools to track conversations, flag opportunities and support timely engagement and responses
- Track performance across social and content marketing using defined KPIs, with clear views into what is driving awareness, engagement, traffic and conversion
- Build and maintain performance reporting (dashboards, monthly recaps and campaign summaries) that is easy for stakeholders to understand and act on
- Use data to iterate quickly, adjusting topics, formats and distribution based on what is working and what is not, with clear hypotheses and next-step tests
Requirements:
- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, content marketing or social media
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an eye for news, timely storylines and strong points of view
- Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies, including executive and SME strategies across owned and earned channels
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and social media best practices and platform policies, with confidence using analytics to guide decisions
- Experience in a multi-faceted, cross-functional environment
- Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences
- This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience
- CRCR or other approved certification
- Familiarity with social media management, monitoring or content platforms (Sprout Social or similar) preferred but not required
