Head of Engineering

They are seeking a Head of Engineering to lead and scale their engineering team, define technical vision, and ensure high-quality product delivery while fostering a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities:

• Define technical vision and execution strategy that align with company goals
• Balance between shipping speed and product quality; define lightweight but effective processes that work for both our software and vertical AI teams
• Recruit, onboard and manage a diverse team of ICs and TLMs; nurture our collaborative and high-velocity engineering culture
• Stay at the cutting edge of AI coding; design systems, write code and review key PRs
