IDR, Inc. is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Product Manager to support enterprise CRM transformation initiatives for one of their top clients in a 100% remote capacity. The role involves leading product discovery, translating stakeholder needs into structured requirements, and driving business process transformation aligned with CRM modernization goals.
Responsibilities:
- Own product discovery and requirements gathering for Microsoft Dynamics 365 experiences across Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing modules
- Translate stakeholder conversations into structured requirements, user stories, and product deliverables for development and QA teams
- Drive business process transformation and organizational change aligned to CRM modernization goals
- Support enterprise CRM migrations, including the transition of multiple legacy systems into Microsoft Dynamics 365
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing modules
- 3+ years of experience leveraging AI tools to improve product management processes and drive measurable productivity gains
- Experience using AI to generate business requirements, user stories, product visions, and other artifacts for development and QA teams
- Proven ability to translate stakeholder conversations into structured requirements and actionable product deliverables
- Experience supporting large-scale CRM migrations, including the transition of multiple legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365
