eAssist Dental Solutions is a leading provider of dental billing solutions, empowering dental practices with expert-driven services. They are seeking motivated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to connect dental practices with essential solutions, focusing on lead qualification and appointment scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify inbound marketing leads to identify sales opportunities
- Respond to inbound inquiries (calls and online chat) from potential clients
- Conduct outbound calls to warm leads and new prospective accounts to educate, qualify, and generate interest in eAssist services
- Schedule appointments/consultations for Sales Executives to provide personalized consultations
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficient in using CRM software and online communication tools
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Prior experience in lead generation or inside sales is a plus, but not required
