Attentive is an AI marketing platform focused on 1:1 personalization, redefining brand and customer connections. They are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead and enhance their competitive intelligence program, synthesizing market insights to inform product strategy and sales enablement.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end competitive intelligence program: define the framework, identify priority and emerging competitors, and build the monitoring cadence that keeps Attentive one step ahead
- Track and analyze the competitive landscape across martech, with deep focus on SMS, email, RCS, push, and cross-channel engagement platforms
- Maintain and continuously evolve battlecards in Klue, product comparison matrices, objection-handling guides, and win/loss summaries that directly support deal execution
- Provide direct deal support by joining competitive evaluations and churn-risk calls when specialized CI expertise can tip the outcome
- Conduct rigorous deep dives into competitor product capabilities, pricing and packaging models, new feature launches, and go-to-market strategies
- Develop high-impact internal enablement materials, including battlecards, objection-handling guides, and demo scripts, alongside client-facing competitive comparison assets and thought leadership to drive deal execution and market differentiation
- Own the win/loss interview program and analyze CRM data to translate patterns into strategic recommendations for messaging, enablement, and product priorities
- Build and optimize AI-powered workflows to scale intelligence gathering, synthesis, and distribution—staying ahead of the curve on how CI teams operate in 2026 and beyond
- Continuously experiment with new approaches to make the CI program faster, smarter, and more embedded in daily GTM workflows
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, competitive intelligence, strategy, or a related B2B SaaS role
- Proven track record of building and maintaining competitive enablement materials (battlecards, comparison matrices, objection guides) that sales teams actually use
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill large volumes of information from diverse sources into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can build a polished executive brief and run a compelling sales training with equal ease
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with GTM, Product, Marketing, and leadership stakeholders—earning trust as the go-to competitive expert
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated; you can manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities without losing quality
- Strong experience with AI tools and a track record of building new AI-powered workflows to increase the scale and speed of a product marketing or CI function
- Hands-on experience with CI platforms such as Klue or similar tools
