Technical Business Analyst

Echo Global Logistics is a leading provider of technology-enabled transportation management services. They are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to drive successful EDI/API integration projects, gather requirements, support testing and implementation, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable logistics technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business & technical requirements
• Support EDI/API integration projects from testing through implementation
• Create functional specs, process documentation, and test cases
• Coordinate end-to-end testing with clients, carriers, and internal teams
• Communicate project updates, timelines, risks, and go-live activities
• Partner with developers to deliver reliable, supportable solutions

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Business Analyst or Technical Analyst experience
• Experience with EDI/API integrations
• Background in transportation, logistics, or supply chain preferred
• Knowledge of XML, flat files, and EDI standards
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• SDLC knowledge
• ServiceNow / ITIL experience
• SQL experience
• AI/GenAI workflow automation experience
• Proficiency in Excel, Visio, and Microsoft Office
