NetSuite Project Manager – SuiteSuccess Implementation Lead

Staffworxs is a company that powers transformation through talent connection and expertise in Digital & Data Analytics. They are seeking an experienced NetSuite Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, requiring strong stakeholder management and delivery leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle NetSuite SuiteSuccess implementations from Discovery through Go-Live
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and deliverables
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, and business users
• Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design reviews, testing, training, and deployment activities
• Drive project governance, status reporting, issue resolution, and change management

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Project Management experience
• 5+ years managing NetSuite ERP implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite SuiteSuccess methodology and implementation best practices
• Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end NetSuite deployments
• Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies
• PMP or NetSuite certifications are a plus
