They are seeking a motivated Associate Implementation Engineer to support the implementation of their solutions by collaborating with internal engineering teams and ensuring the accuracy of client-provided data.
Responsibilities:
- Work through assigned implementation tickets throughout the day, meeting set deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality
- Collaborate with multiple Artisight engineering teams to move provisioning forward
- Communicate progress, blockers, and status updates to Technical Account Managers on a regular basis
- Escalate risks and roadblocks early to ensure timelines and quality standards are maintained
- Review client-submitted paperwork and documentation to verify accuracy, completeness, and data integrity before proceeding with implementation steps
- Follow established implementation processes and runbooks, and contribute feedback to help refine them over time
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and internal trainings to grow your technical and process expertise
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of general IT experience
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing documentation and validating data
- Ability to manage a steady ticket queue, prioritize work, and consistently meet deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide concise updates to internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where requirements may change frequently
- Proactive mindset — willing to ask questions, flag issues early, and seek guidance when needed
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
- Linux command line experience
- Exposure to Ansible or basic automation concepts
- Familiarity with Jira
- Experience in Healthcare IT or other highly regulated industries
- Prior experience collaborating with DevOps or engineering teams
