GRIN is a company committed to a team-first culture and is looking for motivated Associate Business Development Representatives to join their remote team. The role involves reaching out to e-commerce brands through various channels to generate leads and assist the Account Executive team in closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Use a consistent contact attempt process with brands via phone and email to follow-up, nurture, and qualify the leads you create
- Find, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities to hand over to the Account Executive to close
- Maintain industry and technology knowledge to ensure that you remain a trusted resource for prospects and successfully managing and overcoming prospect objections
- Develop and maintain daily plans to maximize your outreach, including pre-call planning, adhering to territory hours, and customizing scripts to market segments and prospect types
Requirements:
- Experience in a hands-on, hustle-driven role (such as service industry, retail, or direct sales) that shows grit, persistence, and comfort with fast-paced environment is preferred
- Self-motivated
- Comfortable on the phone making cold calls
