We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in the Salesforce platform and hands-on experience with Agentforce (Salesforce AI-driven solutions and automation). The candidate will be responsible for building scalable CRM solutions, leveraging AI capabilities, and enhancing customer and agent experiences through intelligent automation.
The Role Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
- Build and optimize Agentforce AI solutions, including virtual agents, automation flows, and intelligent service processes.
- Develop custom components using (Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura)
- Configure and manage Flows, Process Builder, and workflow automation
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
- Leverage Einstein AI / Agentforce capabilities to improve business processes and customer engagement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards
Requirements:
- Overall 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, Visualforce & Salesforce Flows & automation tools
- Proven experience with Agentforce / Salesforce AI / Einstein AI
- Experience working with Service Cloud (case management, omni-channel, automation)
- Strong understanding of data modeling, sharing rules, and security architecture
- Experience in Salesforce integrations
- Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Focus on delivering scalable, high-quality solutions
- Salesforce Certifications, Platform Developer I/II
- AI / Einstein / Agentforce certifications (preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or AI-based automation
- Exposure to chatbots, conversational AI, and virtual agent solutions
- Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred, but not required:
- Experience in Financial Services / Fintech domain
- Knowledge of Omni-Channel routing, Service Console, and CRM
