Job Description:
- 12+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI/ML, or Solution Architecture.
- 5+ years of experience architecting enterprise AI/ML solutions.
- Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Predictive Analytics, and Statistical Modeling.
- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents.
- Hands-on experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and LangChain.
- Strong knowledge of MLOps tools and practices, including MLflow, Kubeflow, and model deployment frameworks.
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, and modern data platforms.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) and AI services.
- Experience with data architecture, big data technologies, and distributed computing.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
