EPITEC is seeking a Business Analyst to support the design, implementation, and management of service offerings in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) space. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications, contributing to product roadmaps, and providing hands-on product support.
Responsibilities:
- Support product management and the product development lifecycle, including requirements elicitation and analysis, writing Jira work items (stories, bugs, etc), coordinating development and testing with engineers and quality assurance, and coordinating user acceptance testing of completed work, as relevant
- Participate in the change management process by drafting and submitting change requests including describing the business justification and impact assessment and working with the change advisory board to facilitate change request approval
- Coordinate the release process by scheduling releases, ensuring engineers complete the release playbook, running go-no go meetings, updating change requests with release outcomes, etc
- Prepare slide decks to update stakeholder groups on IAM initiatives
- Support the migration, consolidation, and rearchitected of internal IAM documentation involving Google Drive, Microsoft Sharepoint, Confluence, etc
- Complete access audits for IAM applications
- Other general business analysis work across all IAM areas
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years' post-secondary education or relevant work experience
- Proven ability to establish and cultivate relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand their business and operations requirements
- Excellent critical thinking skills and a flexible approach to problem solving
- Highly adaptable to a changing environment and priorities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic SQL query and reporting knowledge
