Product Manager

The Product Manager role at TrainAI will lead the development and management of products that support the rater community and enhance project management processes, ensuring innovative solutions are delivered to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the our platforms to deliver work for clients and manage our rater community
• Drive the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption
• Communicate product strategy, status, and challenges to key stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadership
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and ensure our platforms remain competitive
• Utilize data and user feedback to make informed product decisions and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a technology or AI-driven company
• Experience with platform products, payment systems, or two-sided marketplaces is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate strategy into actionable plans
• Experience working with global and remote teams
• A passion for building user-centric products and a deep empathy for our rater community
