HB Travels is seeking friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join their team as Customer Service Representatives in the travel industry. In this role, you'll assist clients in planning and managing their travel experiences, providing guidance, support, and outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with travel inquiries, bookings, and itinerary updates
• Recommend destinations, accommodations, and travel options based on client needs
• Manage client accounts and ensure all booking details are accurate
• Stay informed on travel promotions, policies, and industry updates
